History
Built in 1880 by German immigrants, it is part of the estate that was colonized in 1857.
It still retains its original architecture, with noble woods that fuse with the landscape of native forests and the splendor of the Lake.
Its interior spaces full of history, transport the passenger to the colonial era, without forgetting the comfort and the necessary warmth for the rest, while tasting its excellent cuisine and the secrets of the German pastry from the south of Chile. Kuchenes, cakes, waffles, bread dough, roasted stick and salads from the garden itself are a menu of excellence.

General Policies
• Foreign passengers (non-residents in Chile): tax-exempt rates.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Check in 15: 00hrs / Check out: 12:00 hrs.
• Rates include breakfast.
• Private vehicular access to the beach.
• Access to Fundo Playa Maqui (226 hectares).
• Use of Hot Tub (previous reservation).
Children’s Policy
• Under 5 years old, free of charge if they share a bed.
Reservation Policy
• To confirm a reservation, the passenger must make a payment referring to the guarantee corresponding to 30% of the total gross amount.
• 70% of the balance may be paid prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be requested in writing, via e-mail, indicating the name of the passenger and reservation code if applicable.
The following are the applicable penalties according to the date of receipt of the cancellation request:
High season (December to March):
• Up to 45 days before the check-in date: no charge
• 44 to 30 days before check in: 30% of the total reservation.
• 29 to 15 days before check in: 50% of the total reservation.
• 14 days before check in: 100% of the total reservation.
• NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the total stay booked.
Low season (April to November):
• Up to 30 days before the check-in date: no charge
• 30 to 10 days before check in: 30% of the total reservation.
• 9 to 5 days before check in: 50% of the total reservation.
• 4 days before check in: 100% of the total reservation.
• NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the total stay booked.
